Provides support to general office administrative processes and procedures. Possesses ability to collect data, perform general analysis, and develop reports, briefings, read-aheads, minutes or other materials as needed. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Applications. Possesses strong organization, written, and oral communication skills and can interact with senior-level directors and/or agency heads. Basic understanding of Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense desired.
Required Skills and Qualifications
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications Studies, Education, Business Administration or related area from an accredited (i.e., regional, national, or institutional) academic institution
5 or more years of professional experience developing and administering training programs in a formal academic or professional education and training environment; 2 or more years of experience working with contractors
Ability to apply strong self-organization and time management skills, with considerable emphasis on self-initiation, independent decision making, accuracy and follow through
Strong critical thinking skills
Ability to develop, integrate, and apply governance documents, which may include plans, policies, procedures, CONOPS, security plans, communications plans, proposals and other documentation
Can research and identify learning solutions, techniques, approaches and other valuable insight to leverage from academia, industry, and government; validate solutions through stakeholders and subject matter experts
Ability to support partnerships, contracts and agreements with academia, industry and government.
Ability to work with Registrars to have programs, courses, and sessions added to the College Catalog and to schedule classrooms
Ability to collect data, perform general analysis, and develop metrics reports and briefings, or other materials as needed.
Able to support working groups, communities of practice, tiger teams, and other groups as needed
Possesses strong oral and written communications skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels throughout the organization and external training providers and subject matter experts from academia, industry and government.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project).
Ability to work with Corporate Communications to develop program branding and to design and develop advertising for learning events.
Ability to manage and execute a significant number of learning events with close coordination with the Government and industry, academic, and government partners.
Identify topics of major concern that must be addressed by leadership
Desired Skills and Qualifications
Familiarity and/or working knowledge of the Intelligence Community and NGA.
Understanding and/or working experience with cooperative research and development agreements (CRADAs), support agreements and contracts.
